NOTICE IS GIVEN that the City of Dania Beach, Florida will be accepting sealed proposals for:
Dania Beach Marina Management
City Bid No. 09-016
The City of Dania Beach is seeking a firm to manage, operate and provide maintenance and security for the City Marina by minimizing cost while maximizing net revenue to the City. The goal of the City is to improve and maintain the marine infrastructure and general operations to provide a clean and safe environment for its customers.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 18, 2009, at the Dania Marina, 101 North Beach Road, Dania Beach, Florida 33004. All Proposers planning to submit a Proposal are required to attend this meeting.
Sealed Proposals must include one (1) original and three (3) copies of the completed proposal package. Sealed proposals must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 1, 2009. Proposals will be publicly opened at 10:30 a.m. in the Conference Room at City Hall, 100 W. Dania Beach Boulevard, Dania Beach, Florida. Proposal packets must be sealed, addressed and clearly marked:
