The Mellgren Planning Group, on behalf of the City of Dania Beach, will be conducting community meetings as listed below.

Your participation at this meeting will help shape the future of our City!  The results of the previous community meetings and citizen input will be presented at this meeting. 

The Westside Master Plan, formerly known as the Griffin Road Corridor Study, encompasses properties within the City located west of Interstate 95, as well as Ocean Waterway Mobile Home Park and the Melaleuca Gardens neighborhood.  (See map of Study Area below.)

The master plan will create redevelopment alternatives that would result in development patterns that are compatible with potential airport expansion while enhancing residential areas and establishing the opportunity for economic development.
