Responsible for the enforcement of zoning, landscape,
vegetation, and sign codes relative to existing buildings and vacant land; including reviewing single family home permits for compliance with zoning requirements. Responsible for enforcing city codes relating to the use of vacant land and developed property.
Responsible for processing applications and issuing Local Business Tax Receipts for all businesses conducted within the city; including assuring that all new businesses comply with zoning, building, and fire department requirements.
